Indonesia sees 2008 fuel subsidy bill rising

JAKARTA Feb 18 (Reuters) - Indonesia's finance ministry sees the 2008 fuel subsidy bill increasing to 106.2 trillion rupiah ($11.60 billion) from an earlier estimate of 45.8 trillion rupiah due to soaring global oil prices, the ministry said in a document submitted to parliament on Monday.
