Russia will give $2 bln loan to Kyrgyzstan-Medvedev

MOSCOW Feb 3 (Reuters) - Russia will give $2 billion loan to Kyrgyzstan to stabilise its finances and develop its industry, including the hydro-power sector, Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday.

"Under today's accords Russia will offer Kyrgyzstan loans worth $2 billion in total as well as $150 million in aid," Medvedev told a news conference. (Reporting by Oleg Shchedrov, writing by Gleb Bryanski, editing by Conor Sweeney)
