Indage Vintners signs pact with Italian Cavit for JV
MUMBAI |
MUMBAI May 11 (Reuters) - Indage Vintners (INVI.BO) said on Monday it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreement with a Italian wine company Cavit S.C. to form a joint venture.
The joint venture company has plans to produce wine in India and maximise sales in other markets, the company said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
