Dalmia Cement July despatches rise 15 pct
NEW DELHI |
NEW DELHI Aug 3 (Reuters) - Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd (DLMI.BO) sold 14.8 percent more cement in July from a year ago, the south-focused cement maker said on Monday.
Despatches rose to 380,000 tonnes in July from 331,000 tonnes in the prior-year period, the firm said in a statement.
Production grew 13.1 percent to 376,000 tonnes, it said. Dalmia has an annual production capacity of 9 million tonnes. (Reporting by C.J. Kuncheria; Editing by Prem Udayabhanu)
