MUMBAI (Reuters) - Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd said on Wednesday its board approved the sale of 50.99 percent stake in a unit, Advani Pleasure Cruise Co Pvt Ltd, to Delta Corp Ltd.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
