Tulsi Extrusions board OKs stock split, fund-raising

MUMBAI Aug 24 (Reuters) - Tulsi Extrusions (TULE.BO) said on Tuesday its board has approved splitting each share into 10 shares with a face value of one rupee.

The board also approved raising up to $15 million via american depository receipts or global depository receipts or foreign currency convertible bonds, it said in a filing to the BSE.
