Brazil port congestion to ease by Oct-industry body

NEW DELHI, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Congestion at ports in Brazil, which is hindering movement of sugar, is likely to ease by October, Marcos Jank, president of the country's cane industry association, told reporters on the sidelines of the Kingsman Indian Sugar Summit in New Delhi.
