MUMBAI, Sept 2 |
MUMBAI, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Koutons Retail India Ltd (KRIL.BO) said on Thursday its board will meet on Sept 4 to consider raising funds through issue of shares to the public or to qualified institutional buyers.
The board meeting has been postponed from Sept 1, it added.
