Citgo says Corpus Christi ops unaffected by storm

HOUSTON, Sept 7 | Tue Sep 7, 2010 8:35pm IST

HOUSTON, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Citgo Petroleum Corp said operations at its 163,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Corpus Christi, Texas, refinery were unaffected by Tropical Storm Hermine on Tuesday.

Hermine brought high winds and heavy rains to the Texas coast Monday night and Tuesday morning. The storm came ashore on Monday night in northeast Mexico and was moving across Texas on Tuesday. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
