Persistent forms 26:74 JV with Sprint Nextel
MUMBAI, April 7 |
MUMBAI, April 7 (Reuters) - Persistent Systems Ltd said on Thursday it has entered into 26:74 percent joint venture with New York Stock Exchange listed Sprint Nextel Corp to provide national long distance, international long distance, internet and managed network services in India.
