MUMBAI (Reuters) - India's economy may grow at 8.5 percent in the current fiscal year and all tools must be used to cut inflation to 4-5 percent, the chairman of the prime minister's economic advisory council, C. Rangarajan, said on Thursday.

Headline inflation in April was at 8.66 percent.
