OSLO (Reuters) - Norwegian Telecoms firm Telenor (TEL.OL) will be "disciplined" in what it is willing to pay India to maintain the telecoms licences a court ordered revoked, Chief Financial Officer Richard Olav Aa said on Wednesday.

He added that Telenor was also considering share buybacks but no decision has been made.
