New Issue-ServiceMaster Co adds $100 mln notes
Feb 13 (Reuters) - The ServiceMaster Co on Monday sold
$100 million of senior notes in a reopening of an existing
issue, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The sale took place in the 144a private placement market,
said IFR.
JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital,
Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Natixis were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
