Argentina to ask Mexico to overhaul auto trade pact

BUENOS AIRES, March 20 (Reuters) - Argentina will ask Mexico to renegotiate a bilateral trade accord on the automobile industry as it seeks to slow the deterioration of its trade balance, the industry minister said on Tuesday.

Industry Minister Debora Giorgi said in a statement that it was “vital to find new trade guidelines that allow us to restore balance to the sector.” (Reporting by Helen Popper)
