Hi-Tech Gears to decide on German JV by April
NEW DELHI, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Auto component maker Hi-Tech Gears Ltd (HTGR.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) will take a decision on a gearbox making joint venture with Germany's Getrag by April, a top official said on Monday.
"The feasibility study on the project is underway," Deep Kapuria, chairman and managing director, said on the sidelines of an industry conference, adding the study is expected to be completed by April.
"Our side of equity investment in the JV will be one billion rupees," Kapuria said. (Reporting by Rakesh Sharma; editing by Harish Nambiar)
