Steel Strips Wheels gets 1.1 bln rupees Renault order

MUMBAI, April 2 (Reuters) - Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (STWH.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday it has received an export order worth 1.1 billion rupees for wheel rims from French car maker Renault (RENA.PA: Quote, Profile, Research).

The order is for supply of around one million wheel rims over five years.

The company expect its export to grow over 200 percent in the current fiscal to 425,000 wheel rims, it said in a statement. (Reporting by Virendra Verma; Editing by Harish Nambiar)
