MUMBAI, May 12 (Reuters) - Delta Hospitality Pvt Ltd has acquired 3.19 million share or 6.91 percent stake in Advani Hotels & Resorts India Ltd, the latter said on Monday.
The shares were bought at an average 100.98 rupees a share on BSE and NSE, Advani said in a statement to the stock exchange. (Reporting by Jasudha Kirpalani, Editing by Ramya Venugopal)
