Cellcom Israel raises $167 mln in bond offering
TEL AVIV, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Cellcom Israel Ltd (CEL.TA: Quote, Profile, Research) (CEL.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the country's largest mobile phone operator, said on Sunday it raised 600 million shekels ($167 million) in a private bond offering.
Cellcom said it accepted orders for 81 million shekels aggregate principal amount of its Series C debentures and 493.8 million shekels from its Series D debentures, for a total 600 million shekels.
The price was set at 104.3 shekels for each Series C debenture of 100 shekels principal amount and 104.4 shekels for each Series D debenture of 100 shekels principal amount, reflecting a yield to maturity of 3.85 percent and 4.84 percent, respectively.
The debentures will be issued at a premium over the adjusted principal amount of the debentures, reflecting accumulated interest and adjustments for changes in the Israeli consumer price index. ($1 = 3.59 shekels) (Reporting by Tova Cohen; Editing by David Holmes)
