TABLE-Kazakh CPI 0.9 pct, up mth/mth in April

 ALMATY, May 4 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's monthly consumer
price inflation quickened to 0.9 percent in April 2008 from 0.6
percent in previous month, the State Statistics Agency said on
Sunday.
 Consumer prices in January-April rose 3.4 percent compared
with 3.1 percent in the same period in 2007.
 Annual average inflation was 19.1 percent, the agency said.
