RIYADH, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Saudi Hollandi Bank 1060.SE made a net loss of 106.3 million riyals ($28.3 million) in the fourth quarter, which it attributed to "credit losses" and a decline in banking fees.
The bank made a net profit of 289.9 million riyals in the fourth quarter of last year, Saudi Hollandi said in a statement.
It did not specify what the credit losses were.
ABN Amro AAH.AS owns 40 percent of Saudi Hollandi Bank.
