New Issue-ANZ Banking Group sells $3.75 bln floaters

 Feb 1 (Reuters) - Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd
(ANZ.AX: Quote, Profile, Research), Australia's third-biggest lender, on Thursday sold
$3.75 billion of one-year extendible floating-rate notes in the
144a private placement market, market sources said.
 J.P. Morgan was the sole book-running manager for the
sale.
