NEW YORK, Feb 1 (Reuters) - The dollar rose against the euro on Friday, staging a comeback driven mostly by profit taking after initially dropping on soft U.S. employment data.
The euro reversed course and fell 0.2 percent from late Thursday to $1.4840 after touching a two-month high of $1.4952 <EUR=>, according to Reuters data. (Reporting by Kevin Plumberg; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
