Singapore's CapitaLand to issue S$1.3 bln 10-yr bond

SINGAPORE, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Singapore's CapitaLand (CATL.SI: Quote, Profile, Research), Southeast Asia's biggest property developer by market value, said on Thursday that it will issue S$1.3 billion ($918 million) of 10-year convertible bonds.
