Honda U.S. January sales fall 2.3 percent

DETROIT, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Honda Motor Co Ltd (7267.T: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday that U.S. sales fell 2.3 percent in January.

The Japanese automaker said it sold 98,511 vehicles in the United States last month, including results for its luxury Acura brand. That compared with 100,790 vehicles a year earlier, Honda said. (Reporting by Ben Klayman; Editing by Tim Dobbyn)
