HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish engineering group Wartsila's WRTBV.HE order intake has continued to grow briskly in January-February, its chief executive said on Wednesday.

"Wartsila's order intake for January-February grew to 1.13 billion euros ($1.78 billion), a growth of 47 percent on the corresponding period last year," Chief Executive Ole Johansson said in a speech at a shareholder's meeting.

Johansson repeated Wartsila's outlook for 2008 and said sales were seen growing about 25 percent, while operating profit margin would exceed 11 percent.

Wartsila's 2007 full-year operating profit was 379 million euros on sales of 3.76 billion euros.
