Harris gets Pentagon contract worth up to $350 mln

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Harris Corp (HRS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) has been awarded a contract worth up to $350 million to supply multi-band radios for the U.S. Marine Corps, the Pentagon said on Tuesday.

Delivery of the radios is expected to begin in September and the work is expected to be completed in 2013, the Pentagon said in a short announcement, part of its daily list of contract awards.
