Michelin North America Raising Commercial Truck Prices

PARIS (Reuters) - Michelin North America (MICP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) is raising 2008 prices by up to 8 percent on the Michelin and BF Goodrich brand commercial truck replacement tires sold in the United States, to reflect higher raw material costs, Michelin said on Monday.

The price increase, effective April 1, 2008, also applies to Michelin Retread Technologies retreads, the statement said.
