PARIS (Reuters) - French public works group Eiffage (FOUG.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday its board approved plans to pay a 2007 dividend of 1.20 euros per share and to name Francois Masse as deputy chief executive.

Shareholders meeting on June 25 will be asked to vote on the dividend, which is for payment on July 2, the statement said.

Shareholders will also vote on proposals to name three Eiffage board members -- Jean-Louis Charles, head of financing and investment at Groupama, Dominique Marcel, head of financing and strategy at Caisse de Depots, and Alain Quinet, a member of the managing committee of Caisse des Depots.

Spanish construction group Sacyr Vallehermoso (SVO.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) last month arranged to sell its 33.3 percent stake in Eiffage to a group of French institutional shareholders, including Groupama and Caisse des Depots.
