UK government wins key parliament vote on programme

LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May won backing for her policy programme with a slender parliamentary majority on Thursday in the first major test of her authority since the June 8 election.

May won the vote by 323 votes to 309 votes.
