Glenmark product filing challenged by Abbott in U.S.
MUMBAI (Reuters) - Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd said on Thursday Abbott has filed a suit on December 7 in a U.S. court seeking to prevent it from proceeding with the commercialisation of certain products.
The products include trandolapril, verapamil and hydrochloride, for which Glenmark filed an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for marketing the generic version, it said in a statement.
