MUMBAI (Reuters) - Tata Metaliks Ltd said on Thursday a unit of Tata Steel Ltd has bought 604,383 shares in the former.
The shares of Tata Metaliks were bought through Kalimati Investments Ltd, making the foundry grade pig iron maker a subsidiary of Tata Steel, it said.
Tata Metaliks shares closed up almost 4 percent at 180.95 rupees in the Mumbai market.
