LONDON (Reuters) - Reuters expects Thomson's acquisition of the London-based financial news and data company to close in the week of April 13.
Canadian electronic publisher Thomson and Reuters said in a statement following conditional approval of the transaction by European and U.S. regulators on Tuesday that they will now seek shareholder and court approvals.
