MUMBAI (Reuters) - Wheat and pulses maker Sita Shree Food Products Ltd said on Friday its initial public offer was subscribed 2.4 times.
The company, which supplies to retailers such as Pantaloon Retail and Reliance Retail, had offered shares priced in the band of 27-30 rupees each aiming to raise 315 million rupees.
