HCL Tech looking at buying 3-4 captive carve-outs
MUMBAI (Reuters) - HCL Technologies is the early stages of looking at taking over 3-4 captive assets in the financial services sector, a senior official said on the sidelines of an analyst conference.
"We are looking at few of them in India and the Asia-Pacific region," Premkumar S, corporate vice-president (financial services) said.
Under captive carve-outs, software firms take over the assets of a captive entity and manage their services.
