NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Oil and Natural Gas Corp has no plans to export naphtha this month but may ship one cargo in February, a top company official said on Monday. "There could be one cargo in February but we think that may not also happen because of high local demand," N.K. Mishra, director for ONGC's offshore operations, told Reuters on the sidelines of the Petrotech conference.
