Punjab National Bank in JV with three firms
MUMBAI (Reuters) - Punjab National Bank said on Wednesday it has entered into joint venture agreement with FIM Bank, Malta, Banca IFIS, Italy and Blend Financial Services, Mumbai.
The joint venture will provide factoring, forfeiting and trade finance services, the state-run lender said in a statement.
