Govt approves $2.34 bln road projects - fin min
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - A government panel has approved eight road projects worth 108.8 billion rupees ($2.34 billion), the finance ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
India needs to invest $500 billion through March 2012 to upgrade its creaky infrastructure to sustain its economic growth.
