BoC deputy governor makes no mention of rate outlook

KINGSTON, Ontario, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Bank of Canada deputy governor Agathe Cote made no mention of the interest rate outlook in a speech to be delivered on Tuesday.

Cote's speech, released on the Bank of Canada's web site, was entitled "Modelling risks to the financial system". The Bank of Canada has kept its key rate at a near-record low of one percent since September 2010.
