Toronto stock index opens up more than 200 points
TORONTO, Oct 7 (Reuters) - The Toronto Stock Exchange's main index jumped more than 200 points at the open on Tuesday, bouncing up from Monday's steep drop as oil prices rebounded above $90 a barrel.
The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 217.14 points, or 2.12 percent, at 10,447.57.
