China fines GM venture $29 mln for monopolistic behaviour - state TV

BEIJING, Dec 23 (Reuters) - China will fine U.S. automaker General Motors Co’s joint venture 201 million yuan ($29 million) for monopolistic pricing, state television reported on Friday.

The Shanghai local pricing regulator slapped the penalty on GM’s venture with China’s largest automaker SAIC Motor Corp Ltd .
