China Jan-April crude oil imports up 12.5 pct from year ago -customs

BEIJING, May 8 (Reuters) - China's crude oil imports during the January to April period this year gained 12.5 percent over a year earlier to 139 million tonnes, Chinese customs said on Monday.

Natural gas imports during the same period were up 5.4 percent from a year ago to 20.11 million tonnes, the customs said. (Reporting by Beijing monitoring team; Editing by Christian Schmollinger)
