Government authorities including DGCA,Tax authorities have got over-riding right over the aircrafts for the unpaid charges, tax dues etc, notwithstanding that the aircrafts have been financed by banks either in India or abroad. The Air companies fly their commercial aircrafts subject to that universal proviso.
