Mr Singh is proving himself to be the most ineffective PM, and the electorate’s blunder in giving him an unqualified mandate in 2009 is turning out very costly. His party is full of MP’s with rape and murder charges, and they often go on record that women have no right to protest. I dont believe he means what he says. If he were serious, the first thing would have been cleansing his own party at least.
