* ONGC Videsh, the foreign investment arm of Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), is in talks to tie up with Ghana National Petroleum Corp to jointly bid for Kosmos Energy's stake in the offshore Jubilee oil block in Ghana.

* U.S.-based private equity firm Blackstone (BX.N: Quote, Profile, Research), which owns 68.3 percent stake in textile exporter Gokaldas Exports (GOKL.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), plans to delist the Indian firm from the domestic bourses.

* State-run Indian Oil Corp Ltd (IOC.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) plans to invest up to 15 billion rupees in its maiden nuclear venture in partnership with Nuclear Power Corp of India Ltd (NPCIL).

* Reliance Industries Ltd (RELI.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) is considering a foray into low-cost housing. The intiative is still on the drawing boards and could be kicked off by 2010.
