 * Jet Airways Ltd (JET.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), after its chairman said India's
top private airline was delaying a planned $400 million rights
issue because of the recent turmoil in global credit markets.

 * Kirloskar Brothers Ltd (KRBR.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), after the pump maker's
joint venture won an order worth 1.18 billion rupees for
irrigation systems from the southern state of Andhra Pradesh.
Kirloskar's share of the contract is 942.7 million rupees.
 * Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd (CATE.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), after the
software firm's board approved raising 233.75 million rupees
through an issue of 4.25 million convertible warrants at a

 * Apeejay Tea Ltd (APTE.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), after its board approved
delisting the shares of the company from the Bombay Stock
Exchange.
