LONDON, July 17 (Reuters) - British chilled dairy foods company Dairy Crest (DCG.L: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it has performed in line with its expectations during its first quarter and its expectations for the full year remain unchanged.

The maker of Cathedral City cheese, Utterly Butterly spread, and Yoplait yoghurts, said price increases and cost savings had "broadly offset" input cost inflation. (Reporting by Matthew Scuffham; Editing by Erica Billingham)
