FRANKFURT/BRUSSELS, March 22 The European
Commission will veto a proposed combination between Deutsche
Boerse and the London Stock Exchange shortly,
three sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday,
scuppering plans to create Europe's biggest exchange.
