India can absorb rising foreign investment flows
NEW DELHI, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Revival of foreign investment flows into India is a welcome move and the country can absorb them, the deputy chairman of Planning Commission said on Wednesday.
Montek Singh Ahluwalia said he was not concerned about the surge in foreign portfolio investments.
