Aurobindo gets USFDA nod for Clindamycin Hydrochloride
MUMBAI, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Aurobindo Pharma Ltd (ARBN.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules.
The drug, which is a generic equivalent of Cleocin Hydrochloride capsules, is used to treat certain bacterial infections and has a market size of about $55 million, the company said in a statement to the stock exchange.
