Manappuram to consider share allotment June 21

MUMBAI, June 16 (Reuters) - Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd (MGFL.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Monday its board will meet on June 21 to consider alloting shares to two Mauritius-based entities.

The entities are Hudson Equity Holdings Ltd and Sequoia Capital India Growth India Investments I, it said in a statement.

Ahead of the news, shares in the company provisionally ended 1.28 percent down at 146.05 rupees in a firm Mumbai market. (Reporting by Kaustav Roy; Editing by Harish Nambiar)
